Membership Policies
Payments
Preferred payment option is Google Wallet (send to: [email protected]). Cash and check are also accepted.
Membership payments are due in full on or before the 1st of each month. If paying by cash or check, please make arrangements to ensure that your payment is received by the 1st of the month.
Service Changes
Please provide 30 days written notice of any significant changes to your membership. See examples below:
"I'm going to be out of the country, can I skip x month?"
"I'm moving..."
"I'd like to take the summer off because..."
"I'm switching jobs and need to make x change..."
"I need to change my hike day(s) because..."
Vacation Policy
Please provide 30 days written notice of vacations.
Members may store their vacation days as a credit toward future hikes.
Example: A Single member is taking a one week vacation and will miss one hike during this time. This member can make-up the hike at a later date. The member pays the regular membership rate and will have one credit for a make-up hike. Limit 3 make-up credits at one time. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the following month (credits for hikes missed in January would expire at end of February). Members are responsible for initiating make-up hike scheduling.
Alternatively, members may use Rewards (see section below) as a credit toward vacation time.
Example: A Single member has earned 70 points and wants to use the points toward one hike which will be missed during an upcoming vacation. In this case, 50 points would be deducted from the member's point balance and applied as a credit to the member's account so that the membership fee would be prorated for that month. This member would then have a remaining Reward balance of 20 points.

Contracts are month-to-month with a 30 day cancellation policy. Please reference section 4 of your Service Contract for details.

- 20 points awarded for a detailed Yelp or Google+ review.

- 25 points are redeemable for one free DogFit workout.
- 50 points are redeemable for one free hike.
- 50 points are redeemable for one free mini dog training session.
